Non-Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you so much for supporting our handmade press-on nail business! Each set is carefully handcrafted and made with time, detail, and care.

 

All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Each set is custom-made and cannot be resold for sanitary reasons. Please ensure you double-check sizing, shape, length, and design selections before completing your custom order purchase. For 'Made to Order' purchase, these are designed in sets of 20 nails allowing for easy self sizing.

Exceptions: Lost or Damaged Deliveries

We understand that shipping issues can occasionally occur. While we are not responsible for postal delays, we will assist in the following situations:


Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local postal service and neighbors.

If the package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date so we can file a claim with the carrier.

Once confirmed by the shipping carrier, a replacement may be issued.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide clear photos of:

  • The damaged nails
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

After review, we will offer a replacement for the damaged set.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

 

Non-Refundable Custom Press-On Nails Policy

Since our press-on nails are meticulously crafted to match the size and specifications confirmed by your sizing kit, all custom orders are final and non-refundable. Once your order has been confirmed and personalized based on your provided measurements, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. Please ensure that all sizing and customization details are accurate before placing your order.

Please note that any damage or loss of the custom made product during the delivery process is covered. In such cases, your order will be resent at no extra cost to you with a processing time of 14 days to complete. We recommend inspecting your package upon arrival and contacting us immediately if there are any issues.
